Introduction of the water treatment unit

In this unit, the primary inlet water should be monitored and examined for hardness and clarity. Also, the use and re-purification of water for washing bottles and plastic bottles are done at this center. Other activities done in this unit may include the following:

  • Lowering the water hardness
  • Chemical and bacteriological water treatment
  • Water softening and disinfection
  • Transferring water to the chlorinator by special pipes
  • The water introduction to the chlorination tanks

The introduction of the gas production unit

In this section, which is one of the important units in the production of energy drinks, the gas used in the drink is produced. The irritation and carbonation of energy drinks cause a kind of pleasure and enjoyment among consumers. The presence of carbon dioxide makes a person experience a better taste when drinking an energy drink. The activities done in this section are as follows:

  • Gas production by carbon dioxide
  • Injection of the produced gas into the drink
  • Examining the amount of carbon dioxide
  • Burning diesel by the boiler
  • Gas washing
  • Collecting the produced gases
  • Gas liquefaction or distillation
  • The exit of non-distillable gases from the main tank

The introduction of the syrup-making unit

The syrup-making unit is one of the different parts of the production line of energy drinks. The necessary ingredients for flavoring energy drinks are prepared by mixing machines in this unit. Natural sweeteners along with vitamins and other ingredients are prepared for mixing with sparkling water during the following operations:

  • Mixing sugar and water
  • Passing the syrup through the filter
  • The 24-hour rest of syrup in the machine
  • The transfer of the syrup to the FlowMix
  • Mixing with purified water

The quality control laboratory

In this unit, which is the final stage of energy drink production and is known as the last section of the production line, the produced products are examined and evaluated by specialized experts. The most important tests and actions are done in this section are as follows:

  • Comparing the produced product with the standard diagrams of the energy drink production
  • Examining the health and intactness of the cans
  • Supervising the storage process of the drink inside the can
  • Examining the amounts of gas and caffeine within the drink
  • Sending feedback to the heads of each unit
  • Correcting the measurement errors by providing written reports
 

The final production lines of the energy drink

In this unit, following the preparation of all the raw materials and energy drink storage equipment, the ingredients are mixed and the cans are filled. The most common operations conducted in this unit are as follows:

  • Mixing the essential oil and extracts with water by the FlowMix machine
  • Cooling the drinks in the Carbo Cooler system
  • Pumping energy drinks into the storage compartment
  • Lowering the temperature of the drink with ammonia
  • Injecting CO2 into the drinks
  • Entering the drink into the cans and pressing the caps
