The term CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility and means organizational social responsibility. To describe it more clearly in a brief definition, we should say “The accurate performance of an organization towards its society”. Our complex, as a brand in its field of work and not as part of advertising or media activities, but as a real sense of responsibility with its weight felt on our shoulders and an inner commitment that we have deeply accepted towards our community performs fruitful efforts and meaningful and calculated activities to do altruistic works and charitable activities. We believe that, although these activities may not eliminate and eradicate poverty, injustice, disease, and inequality, they at least can somewhat relieve human suffering so that our conscience would not bother us that we just cling to our own interests and neglect our fellow human beings.

Carroll's Pyramid

Professor Archie Carroll published his pyramid of social responsibility in 1991, and since then, this pyramid has turned into a very useful and applied tool.

پایین‌ترین سطح هرم را می‌سازد و مربوط به سودآور بودن کسب و کار است. بخشی از مسئولیت ما در یک مجموعه این است که هزینه‌ها را در پایین‌ترین سطح نگه‌ داریم و سود را به بیشترین حد برسانیم، برای توسعه‌ کسب‌وکار سرمایه‌گذاری کنیم و برای صاحبان و سهامداران بازگشت سرمایه ‌داشته باشیم. اینکه از نظر اقتصادی مسئول باشیم معنایش این است که می‌توانیم در اجتماع شغل‌های پایدار ایجاد کنیم و خدمات و محصولات مفید و بی‌ضرر برای جامعه تولید نماییم.

سطح دوم اما وسیع هرم را می سازد. زیرا حداقل الزام یک مجموعه، پیروی از قانون است. در بسیاری از کشور‌ها، این به آن معناست که درباره‌ محصولات و خدماتی که ارائه می‌دهیم صادق باشیم، ایمنی کارمندان و مشتری‌ها را تأمین کنیم، محیط زیست را تخریب نکنیم و مالیات خود را پرداخت کنیم. حداقل معنی آن این است که مجموعه خود را از پیگرد و جریمه در امان نگه داریم. چرا که بر روی سود و آبروی ما تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد و حتی می‌تواند منجر به تعطیلی کسب‌ وکارمان شود.

این بخش از هرم ما را موظف می‌کند که کار درست و منصفانه را انجام دهیم حتی اگر قانون چنین چیزی از ما نخواسته باشد. یعنی برای مشتریان یا کارکنان خود همان چیزی را بپسندیم که برای خود و فرزندانمان می پسندیم و در انجام کار غیر انسانی و ناپسند، ولو منع قانونی نداشته باشیم و بتوانیم انجام دهیم و کسی نتواند جلوی ما را بگیرد، این خود ما باشیم که خودداری می‌کنیم و مرتکب خطا نمی‌شویم.

این بالا‌ترین سطح مسئولیت اجتماعی است که از انتظارات معمول، فراتر می‌رود. این سطح از ما می‌خواهد یک شهروند فعال و خوب باشیم و واقعا از صمیم دل، برای بهبود جهان اطراف‌مان تلاش کنیم. اینجا جایی است که ما با فارغ شدن از مشکلات کسب و کارمان و در اثر توفیق در مجموعه، می توانیم فراتر از سطح مجموعه خود، در اجتماع تاثیرگذار باشیم و برای جامعه ای بهتر ایفای نقش کنیم.
